- We recommend that a boiler service is carried out annually by a Gas Safe Registered professional heating engineer. Steve Wild, heating engineer, is Gas Safe Registered.
- Your boiler service will include a visual review of its installation and position to ensure that it complies with current regulations and standards, all of which Steve Wild, Bradford plumbing and heating engineer, is trained and qualified to understand and recognise.
- Before your boiler service is carried out, the basic operation of your boiler will be checked for faults.
- Thereafter, the boiler casing will be removed and the main working components of your boiler checked and tested, including ensuring that the flue is unobstructed. At this stage of your boiler service, any damaged or faulty components will be found by Steve Wild, heating engineer and if applicable, you will be advised of any additional costs that will be incurred for the boiler repair or replacement of the components to ensure that your boiler is safe to use.
The final steps of your boiler service are a gas tightness test to ensure that there are no leaks, and the completion of your boiler service report which you will have the opportunity of reading and checking to see the work that has been carried out during your boiler service
